After 9 years as a Physical Education teacher, gymnastics and cheer coach Krystle changed career paths with the birth of her daughter. She made the decision to launch a Stroller Bootcamp class and with the help of friends, Middlebury Parks and Recreation, and social media her classes took off.

Melissa is a mother of two, an LPN and Breastfeeding Specialist who passionately enjoys helping others in all aspects. Being an instructor has continued her drive to support, encourage and help others gain their health back and stay on track.

Cathy is a Property Manager for her families rental homes and a fitness coach. She has a Bachelors degree in Business Management and she’s added stay at home mom to her resumé. Fitness has become a passion for this mom and she loves being able to incorporate her son into her workouts.

Sam is a behavior therapist that started working part time once her daughter, Avery was born. At that point she needed to balance a new baby, her health and fitness, and social life. Ctmomsgetfit was that balance! She has participated in classes for 2 years, and now teaches, enabling her to help other moms on their fitness journeys.

As a Holistic Health Advisor and Fitness Professional, Holly's recently become her own client. But learning to balance being a mom and wife while continuing to live a healthy lifestyle is not easy.

Stepping into motherhood while coaching other moms on healthy living, Holly intertwines her research on healing autoimmune disease, health and fitness, personality types, marketing, and HSP.  Working out, meditation and proper nutrition are staples to keeping her balanced as a chronic pain warrior with spinal arthritis (autoimmune disease) and disc degenerative disease.

Although she feels like a circus act at times, Holly shares her raw experience and insights with other moms struggling to re-create who they are: a mom, wife and/or woman with goals.

Emily is a wife, and mother to 2 (almost 3) under 4! She grew up on the coast in Milford and began working part time as a hairdresser following the birth of her first child. She started as a participant in CT Moms, over 2 years ago and made the decision to become an instructor after meeting so many incredible moms. Fitness has always been a part of her life, in sports while younger and now with a passion for running. Emily loves supporting other moms with their fitness goals!

Sarah has been a stay at home Mom since her first son was born in 2011. Through fitness she's been able to find a passion outside of of her home and she loves to share it with others. Sarah is always up for a workout, run or just a walk with her dog. She's a huge believer in doing whatever it is that “sets your soul on fire” and fitness is what does it for her!
