As a Holistic Health Advisor and Fitness Professional, Holly's recently become her own client. But learning to balance being a mom and wife while continuing to live a healthy lifestyle is not easy.

Stepping into motherhood while coaching other moms on healthy living, Holly intertwines her research on healing autoimmune disease, health and fitness, personality types, marketing, and HSP.  Working out, meditation and proper nutrition are staples to keeping her balanced as a chronic pain warrior with spinal arthritis (autoimmune disease) and disc degenerative disease.

Although she feels like a circus act at times, Holly shares her raw experience and insights with other moms struggling to re-create who they are: a mom, wife and/or woman with goals.
